What is foreign ethical politics?

Foreign ethical politics are principles that are imposed in activities associated with the governments of different countries. 

How does it conflict or match with peace and conflict?

If ethical foreign politics actually did exist and were respected by the governments, they will be able to handle issues properly and although there might be conflicts, it will be minor. Also, peace among the countries will grow as well as revive when this is followed.

Do ethical foreign politics actually exist? 

I believe that ethical foreign politics do not actually exist, but it is something that countries are trying to enforce and practice this when two or more governments interact. This might be moral behaviours or an instinctive action that are common to do and know it will benefit one another if it is carried out such as being polite. Hence, ethical foreign politics exist within our instinct and actions, but it is not required or a law that actually enforced.
